With the painting and backyard done it was goodbye house hello seaside, Sarah and Andy.

A quiet weekend away for my birthday with Oliver. Indulging in the delights of warm sugared donuts and cocktails in ice glasses whilst wondering the streets lit by more than 5 millions fairy lights.

HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY BREE!!
In order to help my darling sis celebrate her 30th myself, Oliver, Bree and Caroline jumped on a plane and hopped over to New York for 5 brilliant days of shopping and sightseeing. Much fun was had by all - especially when it came to packing our bags for the return leg only to find Amber had bought.. hmm a little too much and had to put things in everyone elses bags just to get home.

The time has come for Mum to venture over the equator and come visit her girls abroad. Unfortunately our darling Daddio had to work so was unable to join. Lots of fun was had both in London and Suffolk where we were pleasantly blessed with cloudless skies and warm rays.

Easter long weekend break myself, Oliver and my girlfriend Tanya headed off to explore the wonderful sights of Amsterdam.

Goodbye grey skies of London hello clear blue skies of Rio!
2 1/2 glorious weeks spent with Amber's best friend Judi and her family in the beautiful city of Rio. Carnival a blast, Ilha Grande spectacular, frozen mango and passionfruit cocktails a must and 34 degrees every day a godsend.

St Patty's Day in Dublin. Amber, Oliver, Joan, Simon, Carly, Yakka and Matty arrive in Dublin lunch time Saturday to commence the festivities. Arvo and night full of pub crawling before we head back to London on the 8am Sunday flight.

Rise and sun. Up at 4am to commence a bike ride through London. Had to battle through the drunkards along Tottenham Court Rd, Leicester Square and through Picadilly before finding solace in the quiet surrounds of Hyde Park. Rode to various attractions around London and enjoyed seeing the sun come up over London Bridge from the Millennium Bridge. By far the best time of day to see London.

With a little hesitation due to the Tsunami that hit on boxing day myself and my sis Bree head off for a 2 week holiday in Thailand. First half spent on a tour of the north followed by a relaxing second week spent lazing about the beaches of Krabi and Aow Nang. Cocktails in pineapples a must!!
